Dr Nayak feels GREAT continuing a professional life coaching journey with one of the finest training from The Coaching Academy Ltd. His long term ambition is to be an Experienced Specialist Coach until winding down to semi retirement age (60+). This is beyond a maximum 10 year plan; Subtle, more distance mature aspirations do help. Keeping ACTIVE (both physically and mentally) coupled with SELF DISCIPLINE maintains MOTIVATION.
Dr Nayak does not like talking about himself as his life’s story is fairly exciting and too much to mention. He plans on writing an exciting biography just before reaching the State Pension age. His strong motivation comes from at least actively listening to good contacts and then gladly assisting them towards empowerment, values, visions and goals. Directive solutions are never offered in Pro.LCo.
Societal influences and competition exist in every part of life's Journey; whether it maybe a private or public situation. The public one means societies, clubs or occupation that you don't want to reveal your private life. Soceital influences are short term; Competition in both situations is normally long term. Competition factors are dependent on a mixture of NETWORKING, CONFIDENCE, RESILENCE (Comfort Zone Stretching), TALENTS and SELF PROFITEERING SECRETS. The very last point maybe still controversial but it is no longer a rude word! It appears that most professionals have experienced very few of the competition factors.
YOU MUST HAVE FELT A TRUE SENSE OF PERSONAL ADVENTURE DIMINISHING AT SOME POINT IN YOUR LIFE BEFORE YOUR Pro.LCo JOURNEY. YOUR MAYBE TOO HARD ON YOURSELF TOO. THIS ADVENTURE IS REKINDLED DURING ACTIVE COACHING!
